Our Commitment to Industry Training Partnerships
Vacenti Aged Care is dedicated to developing the aged care workforce through strong partnerships with educational providers. We support 14 School-Based Trainees from OSMAC Apprentices and Mater Education, as well as undergraduate Registered Nurses from Griffith University and TAFE students completing their Diploma of Nursing. Many of these students transition into permanent roles within our team.
We also have a continued partnership with the University of Tasmania (UTAS), where five Vacenti employees are currently enrolled in the Diploma of Dementia Care. These initiatives ensure our staff are continually developing their skills, which enhances the care we provide to our residents.

Vacenti also has strategic alliances with external organisations such as hospitals, TAFE and Universities to provide the latest industry information and innovative ideas.
Vacenti Aged Care values strategic alliances with external organisations like hospitals, TAFE, and universities to stay at the forefront of industry developments. These partnerships allow us to access the latest research, industry insights, and innovative ideas, ensuring that we are continually improving the care we provide. We also participate in various research projects, always seeking better ways to enhance the care and experiences of our residents.
Our Clinical Graduate Program supports recently graduated registered nurses by providing on-the-job training to complement their theoretical education. In addition, we collaborate with local universities and TAFE QLD to offer student placements, helping to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals. These initiatives ensure that our staff are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
